NOPERFECT ( Vittoria srls ) treats the data of its customers with great care and seriousness.

Most of the private information entered on our site is partially visible and your data, necessary for the preparation of the order, will be used by a small and trusted team only for the preparation and delivery of the order.

The data entered at the time of payment will only be partially visible and no one will be able to access the complete data (for example the complete credit card number, CVC etc ...)

Customer service

Our task is to fulfill every request and satisfy customers in the shortest possible time, whether it is done via email, social channels or live chat (we always recommend contacting us directly at our email address sales@noperfect.it).

In periods of heavy traffic or holidays, the estimated response time may be delayed, so we kindly ask for greater patience on the part of the customer.

Our customer service is active from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.

Requests received "after hours" will be processed on the following working day.

In your emails it is advisable to always indicate the reference order number, this will allow our customer service to respond more quickly.


On our website you can request a refund for your order.

If the customer wishes to request a refund, he must contact us by email at sales@noperfect.it to receive any specifics in this regard (in this case the return will not be free but the customer will ship at his own expense).

 In this case, the customer can return his purchase by courier, Poste Italiane, from the nearest post office or from the "Lockers Puntoposte" and from the affiliated tobacconists, to the address that will be provided by our customer service, once contacted.

The returned item must be in perfect condition (as just received) with a tag (attached). Without the latter, it will be impossible to request a return.

We kindly ask you to return the item to us within 10 working days from the delivery date of your order.

We do not accept returns for unwanted items returned after the above time periods. If you send a return after the requested time frame, we may have to return it to the sender.

The return remains the sender's responsibility until it is received at our warehouse, so please ensure you always request receipt of your returns shipment, in case we need to see it later (it is free from both the post office and other centres). enabled).

The items you intend to return remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please pack them carefully to prevent them from being damaged in transit.

The customer will have a maximum of 10 days from the date of delivery to proceed with the return.


All orders received are prepared and shipped in 2/3 working days from the date of the order.

In the event of holidays and discounts (active discount coupons or "BlackFriday"), times may vary which will be communicated via email.

As soon as an order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email to the email address entered.

When the order is taken over by our warehouse to be prepared, you will receive an email confirming that it has been "fulfilled".

In case of non-receipt of the email, we recommend checking the SPAM or junk mail box, or that the email address entered is correct and functioning.

All communications on the shipment will always be sent by mail.

In rare cases, due to logistical or warehouse problems, due to force majeure, orders may not be processed within the established times. We will work hard to ensure that this does not happen.

Rarely it could happen that the product you ordered is not available for shipment due to an inventory error.

In this case you will receive a communication via email where we will indicate the waiting and restocking time, or the notification of crediting back the amount of the missing item.

If your order includes multiple products, if a part is not available, we will proceed with the shipment of the available items.

Order cancellation

If you want to cancel an order placed, please contact us as soon as possible only and exclusively by email at sales@noperfect.it no later than 24 hours from the purchase. (any requests received outside of this timescale and not to the email address will not will be considered valid)

After this term it will no longer be possible to cancel the order.
